All trailers are electric wire brushed, HOT water high pressure washed with a phosphatizing etching cleaner and then the trailer frame only, (no floor) is moved to one of our spray booths to be primed all over then receive 2 topcoats of high quality Valspar Supreme Acrylic Enamel. |

Jacks bolted on, on most models for ease of replacement if the jack is ever damaged . When jacks are installed on A frame couplers a bottom support plate is utilized for maximum vertical strength. |

The standard "Wolmanized" wood floor is installed as one of the last processes in the finishing stages of all trailers (after paint). This insures that the tops of cross-members & metal framework are primed and this also gives the Floor a professional appearance (no overspray or paint on the wood floor). |
